TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND USERS:

The Puerto Barrios Railway Terminal sincerely appreciates your trust in our services. In order to keep you informed, we would like to inform you that, due to the adverse weather conditions caused by Tropical Storm "Sara", our operations have experienced some impacts in the docking and sailing maneuvers of vessels.

As a result, delays in these processes may occur, as we are implementing precautionary measures to ensure the safety of each operation. In particular, we are taking preventive actions following the recommendations and actions executed by the Command and Harbor Master for docking and sailing maneuvers due to wind gusts exceeding 20 knots.

We emphasize that our operations at the Chiquita Guatemala Temporary Customs Warehouse continue to develop normally, applying strict security measures to guarantee the protection of both our collaborators and the merchandise, guaranteeing the reception and dispatch of containers for national and/or international trade for transitory merchandise that enters Guatemalan territory through this Terminal.

Terminal Ferroviaria Puerto Barrios continues to maintain its focus on service commitment and we continue to work for all our customers and users.
