Over the past 36 hours, we have faced a challenging situation resulting from multiple accidents that occurred on the Atlantic Highway (CA-9). This situation has generated a significant build-up at the port accesses, affecting the flow of heavy transport vehicles. These events have extended the response process longer than expected.

Faced with this challenge, Puerto Barrios Railway Terminal has taken concrete measures to maintain the continuity of operations, including:

• Reinforcement of parking areas: This has allowed the refurbishment of spaces intended for pilots.
• Optimization in cargo reception: We are working to ensure that all cargo is processed continuously and efficiently.

We appreciate the patience and understanding of all our users as we make significant progress in our operations. We are committed to continuing to provide care and overcome current challenges to ensure the service you deserve.
